Clear Vision Coaching Academy – Whole Coach Certification Program

The Clear Vision Coaching Academy is a transformational 12-week coaching certification experience designed to develop leaders into Whole Coaches™.
This program blends ICF-aligned coaching principles, the Clear Vision P3 Method®, and Whole Health Leadership™ to equip participants to coach individuals, leaders, and organizations with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Participants will grow both personally and professionally while learning how to facilitate powerful coaching conversations, build trust, and guide transformational change across diverse audiences and environments.
Throughout this program, participants will:
- Develop the mindset and identity of a professional coach
- Learn and apply the Clear Vision P3 Method® framework
- Practice coaching conversations aligned with ICF Core Competencies
- Build skills in active listening, powerful questioning, and creating awareness
- Gain experience through peer coaching, practice labs, and real-world application
- Develop a personal coaching philosophy and approach
- Begin building a coaching niche, audience, and business foundation
Program Structure:
- 12 weeks of live virtual training + guided coursework
- Week 4 and Week 8 designated as Permission to Pause™ Weeks for rest, reflection, and integration
- Weekly assignments due Tuesday by 11:59 PM CST
- Practice coaching labs and peer coaching hours
- Downloadable coaching tools and worksheets
- Private student community and forums for discussion and support
- Final certification and graduation experience in Week 13
