I have worked side-by-side with Kennita on the Fairbanks Diversity Council (FDC) for almost two years.
Kennita has been a pleasure to work with. Her character and knowledge are of the quality that any employer would look for in an employee. She has been a consistent source of support for the FDC and is always willing to put forth extra effort to help us reach our goals. On a personal note, I consider Kennita to be a very kind person that would also make a good friend to anyone.
Kennita will be greatly missed on the Fairbanks Diversity Council and in Fairbanks in general. She would be a great asset to any organization that is lucky enough to have her

Dr. Kay delivered a transformative Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) talk to our company, and forever changed our collective understanding of fostering a culture of inclusivity within our organization!

She encouraged us to speak on our own biases and challenged us to begin fostering inclusion and making our organization a safe space for everyone, and her presentation covered a wide range of topics including unconscious bias, microaggressions, privilege, and allyship.

Dr. Kay has a very nuanced approach to addressing these sensitive issues through introspection and dialogue and helped us to lay groundwork for meaningful change inside our organization.

Beyond the presentation, Dr. Kay displays a warmth and approachability that fostered a trust and a camaraderie among the attendees.

Her genuine commitment to fostering inclusivity was evident in every interaction, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of attending her talk. Dr. Kay’s DEI presentation was nothing short of transformative.

We are profoundly grateful for her contributions and eagerly look forward to implementing the valuable lessons learned into our daily practices.

Dr. Williams has set a new standard for DEI education, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to any organization seeking to embark on a journey towards greater diversity, equity, and inclusion.
